If you are unhappy with any item in our inventory that you purchased, you have 14 days from receipt of the item to email or call us to discuss options. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we will refund to you your original purchase price of the item upon its return. (Sorry, we cannot refund the shipping costs).In these situations we will not provide refunds:
1) For returned items damaged during the return trip due to poor packaging (be sure to get the proper insurance on your return items)
2) For items marked as non-refundable (there are only a few of these; they will be clearly marked)
3) For items obtained through our research and acquisitions department. With these items we are usually dealing with third-party sellers, so obtaining a refund is prohibitively difficult.
We will usually refund the amount within a few days of receipt via a check unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand. Please give 7-10 working days for domestic refunds. International refunds may take longer, depending on where you live.My Item was damaged in shipment!
We pack our artwork and collectibles as safely and securely as possible, in good packing materials. Our great record with our shipping vendors speaks for itself. But accidents happen. Contact us if an item arrives damaged so we can look into insurance claims with the carrier.
My item never arrived!
If an item was shipped to you and never arrived, Contact us and we'll track the item for you. Because of the relatively high value of our items, it is our standard policy to ship all items via UPS or a traceable, insurable method. Sorry, but if you request another shipping method that is not traceable and/or insured, we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
